HPC Pack 2012 MS-MPI Redistributable Package- this Microsoft HPC Pack does not include the requisite headers / libraries.

- bzip2
- Python - download and install both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions.
- zlib - download the full source, not the compiled DLL, if you want 64-bit support.
