Ingredients
- 710g peanut butter
- 330ml lactose free milk
- 240g dessicated coconut
- 210g granulated peanut
- 200g chocolate protein powder
- 150g almond meal
- 150g maca powder
- 135g Simply rice bran cereal
- 90g hazelnut meal
- 75g almond flakes
- 75g cocoa (cheap?)
- 60g margarine
- Extra dessicated coconut to dust.
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients, and mix to distribute evenly.
- Melt combined peanut butter and margarine, and add to dry ingredients.
- Press or roll into prepared (greased, and/or lined trays).
- Optional: Sprinkle dessicated coconut over the slice.
- Cover in cling wrap, and place in freezer for at least an hour (overnight is even better).
- Remove from freezer, transfer to a large cutting board, and chop up with a large knife to the desired size (eg 4cm x 4cm pieces).
- Present, and serve immediately, or keep in an air-tight container in the freezer (recommended) or fridge (if you like it a little softer).
